object-oriented JScript, that generates XML messages to track fuel usage for a
large governmental organization.

Developed part of an ASP.NET message processing application in Visual Basic
.NET to dynamically validate and import XML messsages, which allows an operator
to edit messages that failed validation and resubmit. This application
receives the XML fuel messages sent by the message generation tool mentioned
above.
